Background: Lauryn developed her love for group fitness during her first year at Bucknell University in 2008. She has been teaching combat, cycling, and strength classes since 2016. Outside of the fitness realm, you’ll likely find her drawing in an art studio, taste testing at a brewery, or working in a corporate office (at a standing desk, of course!).
