SHRED is a 45-minute circuit based total body workout for people of all fitness levels. The strength, lateral movements, and agility work will get you into the best shape of your life while enhancing your stability, coordination, and balance. This helps protect your joints for everyday movements and prevents injuries.
The SHRED workout was developed by NYC fitness guru Emily Fayette, in partnership with the coaches of the US Ski Team, the Vail Ski Team, and the Sun Valley Ski Team

OUR SECRET WEAPON: The Skier's Edge is a lateral moving low-impact cardio machine. It simulates the side-to-side motion of skiing, engaging all core and leg muscles, while getting your heart rate up. Be prepared to test your balance and endurance on this fun machine!
