Do You Shred? New York's First Ski-inspired Workout!
SHRED is a 45-minute circuit based total body workout for people of all fitness levels. The strength, lateral movements, and agility work will get you into the best shape of your life while enhancing your stability, coordination, and balance. This helps protect your joints for everyday movements and prevents injuries.
The SHRED workout was developed by NYC fitness guru Emily, in partnership with the coaches of the US Ski Team, the Vail Ski Team, and the Sun Valley Ski Team CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED TO 12 PEOPLE. Our instructors want to build a relationship with you to help elevate your experience and make you feel excited about being a part of the SHRED community.
